Restaurant Geranium â€‹

I had the privilege of working in one of the world's best restaurants, that has consistently been at the forefront of redefining fine dining and the way we view cuisine.  

​

Restaurant Geranium has been awarded: The world's best restaurant 2022 on the 'World's 50 Best' list, as well as, three Michelin stars since 2016. 

​

The restaurant is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Therapy restaurant 

​

I had the opportunity to assist in the opening of Therapy restaurant in Cape Town, alongside the great minds behind Gemelli restaurant and Pantry by Gemelli in Johannesburg. 

 

Opening this restaurant was an incredibly rewarding experience, with many long days, long nights, but some really, really exquisite food.

 

If you are in Cape Town, this spot should be on your list.

Restaurant Jan â€‹

As part of my time with the JAN group, I worked at  Chef Jan's restaurant in Nice, France. 

 

I worked with an incredible team, creating a fusion between classic French and South African flavours. 

 

Restaurant Jan has held one Michelin star since 2016, and has also been featured on the 'World's 50 Best' discovery list.

Jan Franschhoek at La Motte​

Set in the small Veepos cottage in the middle of a lavender field on the historic La Motte wine estate, Jan Franschhoek gave guests an intimate, South African fine dining experience at a shared table. Existing only as a pop up, seasonal restaurant, Jan Franschhoek is a one of a kind experience in the Cape Winelands

Restaurant Klein Jan â€‹

Klein Jan is the epitome of a destination restaurant. Set in the middle of the renowned Tswalu reserve in the Kalahari, this beautiful restaurant blends into the landscape, and offers an immersive dining experience that heroes both local and seasonal produce.

Restaurant Klein Jan has been awarded 3 plates by the JHP gourmet guide, as well as being featured on the 'World's 50 Best' discovery list. It was also awarded as the "International Hidden gem" by La Liste in 2022​
